By accessing the betso Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the betso Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

betso reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
To access the full features of the betso Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on betso. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. betso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify betso immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. betso reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.
Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. betso does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. betso reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. betso may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the betso cashier section. betso reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraud.
Prohibited Payment Methods: The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on betso and must not be used for deposits or withdrawals: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card gambling deposits, which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations.
betso does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which betso accepts no responsibility.
betso offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All games available on the betso Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
Random Number Generation: All betso games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. betso does not manipulate game outcomes.
Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP figures for betso games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future results.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, betso reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. betso's decision in such matters is final.
betso reserves the right to suspend, modify, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or provider-related reasons.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betso Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
betso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than Player breach, betso will return any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Account to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting betso customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.
All content on the betso Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of betso or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betso Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
Any unauthorized use of betso's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betso's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if betso has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
betso does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betso shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond betso's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betso's liability for death or personal injury caused by betso's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
betso collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to betso's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the betso Privacy Policy.
betso will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. betso may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and betso arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact betso's customer support team to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent betso from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
betso's decisions regarding game outcomes, Account actions taken in accordance with these Terms, and bonus-related determinations are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
